Great item to plant my bamboo in and really great delivery
We got plans and a good quotation for a 2-bay oak-framed cartlodge garage kit from Round Wood back in December 2021. Our Grade 2 listed building meant full planning permission, and Covid seemed to delay everything. However, Round Wood kept in contact. When PP finally came in September 2023, I feared cost inflation, but they honoured the quotation – 5 stars!Pre-Covid I had hoped to erect the garage myself, as a long project, but now a bit weak and watery, I asked Round Wood if they could erect it. What a good decision!One week after the groundworks, they were on-site with the kit, and in under 2 days it was erected and clad! Their speed and skill was amazing.My ‘satisfaction’project is now tiling the roof!
Website was easy to use, if a little slow to load, and I would like to see if/when out of stock items are expected to become available again, this may prevent a buyer having to settle for a second or third choice.After sales service is excellent. I received a phone call to arrange delivery and the driver was very polite, and helpful, carrying the pots into my back garden.Thank you, again, to Tom and the driver.
I ordered 6 Chelsea planters. They arrived very well packed, however one was broken. They were very quick to replace it. Can’t ask for more.
