Delivery

Smaller-sized and light weigy fire pits that fit into a box are typically delivered by a trusted courier service. Larger fire pits, due to their size and weight, will arrive on a pallet or be delivered by one of our own vehicles if you are located locally. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. For full details, visit our [Delivery Terms & Conditions].

Installation

Our fire pits are designed for easy setup with minimal effort required. Most arrive fully assembled and ready to use, though some may require simple positioning or assembly. We recommend placing your fire pit on a non-combustible, stable surface such as stone, gravel, or a dedicated fire-resistant mat. If you need guidance on placement or setup, feel free to get in touch with our team.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your fire pit in excellent condition, remove ash and debris regularly and always allow it to cool fully before cleaning. Contact us for tips or advice if you have specific care queries.
