Installation

Installing solid oak flooring requires attention to detail for the best results. It is essential to acclimatise the boards in the intended environment before installation. Fixing methods can vary, from nailing to glue-down techniques, depending on the subfloor. We recommend hiring a professional fitter to ensure a flawless finish, but if you prefer to handle the installation yourself, our team can provide guidance and recommendations for tools and materials.

Care & Maintenance

Solid oak flooring is a timeless investment, and with proper care, it can last for generations. Regular sweeping or vacuuming will help to remove dust and grit, while periodic cleaning with a damp (not wet) cloth will maintain its natural beauty. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as these can damage the wood. For additional advice or product recommendations, feel free to contact us.
