Beautiful statue; not horribly twee like lots of garden ornaments. I loved it so much I bought a second, so they form a pair either side of a path.

Eventually turned up 4 days late which seemed poor value for £60 shipping cost. Well packed. There is a noticeable weld but it is not particularly visible how we are using it.

I was having trouble finding a water feature that was just what I wanted until I found this one. It was just what I was looking for. It’s nice and light (before adding water) to move around. It was easy to set up (my electrician did it) and now it’s all plumbed in. I love the sound of water and it looks great.

The saucer’s colour doesn’t look like the image on the website but it is darkish brown and very good quality. We ordered the 500mm width one and it fits our pots perfectly. Roundwood’s customer service has also been exemplary.

Attractive feature that is currently working well. Although it is fairly easy to set up it would have been good to have some information e.g regarding fuse ratings for the pump and storing over winter. It would also benefit from some form of noise dampening as it sounds what can only be described as tinny. I’ve laid a piece of polystyrene mat across the top of the overflow pipe covering the water surface which has given it a quieter running water sound!

Bought this as a planter rather than fire pit. I wanted it to go alongside my existing large firepit. Its not possible to get the cup shape in ceramic so I thought this would work well. It was a really good price, although the postage was quite steep, but it cost in total close to what I would pay for a ceramic one. I am just going to leave it to rust to complement the firepit.

Nice staddle stones, but would be more useful if they didn’t have ore fitted pins. The steels pins are too short and really off centre, so off centre that I had to cut them off, turn them upside down, drill a new hole and chemfix in a new stainless steel bar in the centre.

Wonderfully rustic when it arrived well packed attached to the pallet. Fairly easy to bowl it down the path (despite its size) to the rear garden for its final resting place as an enormous bird bath and water feature. I already have a rustic swallow globe which will sit centre stage and house a small gentle fountain (inspired by Burton Agnes, E.Yorks, classic pool). The only issue was how to manage the pallet which would have made a fine bug hotel, but was carted off a day later by someone passing and wanting the wood for a joinery project. Swift delivery, and good value for money overall.

As a bird bath it is a bit too deep, especially for small birds. We had a lip forged into the rim and use it as a water trickle into a corten pond, run by a tiny solar pump. It is a great success and helps to keep the water clear and oxygenated.

A bit disappointed in the cut of the shingles with many not being square cut. This made it difficult to get a uniform expansion gap between. Spoke to the supplier who asked me to send photos. Was told someone would ring me back but no one did.

The best way to run a house with solid fuel. Take a bit of getting used to but they kick out the heat once burning correctly.

On the whole the product was very good a few shingles were twisted or cracked, but I guess that’s to be expected. The timber was of really good quality, no Knots and pretty consistent grain and colour and the shingles look great now in place. One suggestion regarding the estimates of coverage, the vendor should make it clear that their estimates assume use on rectangular surfaces and when dormers and gables are involved there is much more wasteage. The 25% I had originally allowed was too little and a further 2 bundles was needed. THe staff at Roundwood were however most helpful over the phone.

The initial delivery arrived broken after not being delivered on the expected date . DHL pulled up outside the house , driver went to back of van , re-emerged empty handed and drove away without approaching the house . I suspect he had failed to bring the item or knew it was broken . It was delivered broken next day after I had complained toDHL. Not to worry , a replacement was dispatched by ROUNDWOOD the same day and arrived the following day undamaged . Your service was great , BUT your delivery team were not, Two very heavy oak tubs, one in the other , were left in front of my Garage doors, my car was inside where it lives , I could not move them and contacted DHP for them to move them , said they would try, three days later , Bank holiday week end 12midday was told all were now closed till Tuesday ! I was left with no car No shopping and could go no where, thanks very much.Please could you request your delivery people , to instruct their Drivers to use a bit of common sense where they left heavy goods. I am 87 and my neighbours are also pensioners one 92 the other side 79

Very pleased with this company and product. I had a fire pit that had burned through and the pan had corroded and fallen through yet the rest of the fire pit was sound. Needing a new fire bowl that had to be a specific size I went on the internet and found Roundwood of Mayfield. I ordered a new fire bowl over the weekend and it arrived on the Tuesday. Fits perfectly fire like new thank you Roundwood.

We got plans and a good quotation for a 2-bay oak-framed cartlodge garage kit from Round Wood back in December 2021. Our Grade 2 listed building meant full planning permission, and Covid seemed to delay everything. However, Round Wood kept in contact. When PP finally came in September 2023, I feared cost inflation, but they honoured the quotation – 5 stars!Pre-Covid I had hoped to erect the garage myself, as a long project, but now a bit weak and watery, I asked Round Wood if they could erect it. What a good decision!One week after the groundworks, they were on-site with the kit, and in under 2 days it was erected and clad! Their speed and skill was amazing.My ‘satisfaction’project is now tiling the roof!
